ADMISSION
The LATITUDE CHALLENGE activities are open to everyone from 15 years old with parental authorization.
For the bungee jump:
- Compulsory medical certificate for people over 55 years old.
- Minimum weight: 50 kg, maximum: 130 kg.
For the parachute jump:
- Medical certificate compulsory for all.
- Tandem jump: maximum weight: 90 kg
- Jump initiation, internship PAC: maximum weight: 95 kg
CONTRACTS INDICATIONS
Cardiovascular disease and / or having no neurological, psychiatric, articular, diabetes, pregnancy, epilepsy, heart disease, joint problems, Meniere's vertigo
PARTICULAR TERMS OF REGISTRATION
As part of a group or registration for multiple people, the subscriber undertakes to make known and approved the terms and conditions and documentation to ALL registered participants.
REGISTRATION RESERVATION
All reservations will only be confirmed upon receipt of the registration form, duly completed. The registration form must be accompanied by the total payment of the service. The registration implies acceptance of all clauses of these conditions. The reservation is valid for one year from the date of purchase. After one year, the jump can be extended by 3 months with a fee of 20 euros for the jump in elastic and 50 euros for the parachute jump.
PAYMENT
The payment of the activity must be settled before the day of the service.
CANCELLATION
The cancellation of the fact of a participant will cause the application of the following scale: It will be retained the amount of the expenses of file, is 30 € by person for the jump in elastic and 50 euros for the jump in parachute. These deductions can only be reimbursed if you have taken out cancellation insurance (10% of the total amount), according to their general conditions (see chapter cancellation insurance). If LATITUDE CHALLENGE is obliged to cancel an activity for any reason (except meteorological), the participants will be fully reimbursed without being able to claim any other additional compensation. In case of bad weather conditions (rain, wind) activities will be postponed to a later date without being able to claim any other additional compensation.
Report of the jump date by the customer
Any report of jump intervening from you in the week before your jump already book will be charged 20 €. Any other report accepted 48 hours before the jump is lost.
SPECIAL TERMS OF CANCELLATION
LATITUDE CHALLENGE reserves the right to modify the program of an internship for security reasons: flood, drought, natural disaster, rain, violent wind, not enough participants ... Only the responsible of LATITUDE CHALLENGE are authorized to decide a possible modification of the programs. In case of cancellation due to bad weather conditions, a postponement to a later date of your choice and without charge (within the validity period of your order 1 year) will be proposed. No refund will be made except under subscription of cancellation insurance.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE ACTIVITY
Any refusal to jump will not be refunded. At the time of registration, each participant can subscribe to LATITUDE CHALLENGE a cancellation insurance of an amount of 10% of the total price per participant. Our guarantee is exercised without deductible and without age limit.
RESPONSIBILITY
LATITUDE CHALLENGE will in no way be held responsible by a partner organization. If any of the services are not or poorly provided, in the event of an accident, loss or any other irregularities of one of our partners, the customer will not be able to turn around and demand any compensation from LATITUDE CHALLENGE. He can then turn to the partner. Indeed, our partners keep the responsibility of all their services to the customers.
DESCRIPTION
The description of the itineraries, places and services is the one mentioned on our data sheets. It may happen that certain points of this description are modified following elements that we can not control. We will notify the customer as soon as possible. However, no compensation and no additional services can be requested by the customer.
FORMALITY FOR MINORS
Minors may only be allowed to participate in the activities proposed by LATITUDE CHALLENGE under the sole responsibility of parents or legal guardians. The latter must provide the company at the same time as their reservation, a parental authorization duly completed and be present on site or represented by a person of full age.
BENEFITS AND PRICES
The prices indicated by our company include all the services offered in each activity (supervision, necessary equipment, license, contribution) These prices are given for information only and are subject to change without notice from us.
OUR RATES DO NOT INCLUDE
Cancellation insurance, moving from your home to places of activities, meals.
IN ALL CASES, PROVIDE
Spare clothes, warm clothing, K-WAY or other rain protection, no buckled shoes (nor flip flops). Sports shoes are recommended.
ATTRIBUTION OF JURISDICTION
Any dispute to which the General Conditions of Sale could give rise concerning both their validity, their interpretation, their execution will be the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Marseilles whether it is for the procedures of urgency or conservatory in emergency or by request and notwithstanding the plurality of defendants or collateral.
